RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We personally inspect each piece that we send out and do our best to insure that we deliver exactly what our customers requested.

However, if you have a problem with any piece that you received, please contact us within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation on what was wrong with your order.

We will offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping when returning their item. We are unable to offer refunds.

V Nunes is not responsible for any additional taxes or tariffs that may occur with International shipments.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

SHIPPING

Most products ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product’s page. If an item is not in stock or currently unavailable, it can take anywhere between 1 – 3 weeks to be shipped.

FREE SHIPPING

US orders over $150 and International orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. Please note that free shipping will only be applied to the FINAL checkout price after all promotional discounts and coupons have been added to the total.
